Please read these terms before submitting a booking or making a payment.

For players under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must authorise the booking, payment, and participation.

1. Online Assessment

Players seeking academy admission must first complete an Online Assessment. The assessment is available to bowlers and batters aged 10–23.
The assessment fee is ₹1,199. This covers the assessment only and is separate from academy admission, registration, training, and accommodation fees.
After payment, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to explain the process, request performance videos, and coordinate your session. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, contact +91 8882390596.
The assessment includes a one-to-one Google Meet session with Coach Ankit Pathak, based on your submitted footage, current playing level, and cricketing goals.
Players must submit accurate information and the requested videos before their scheduled session. A suitable device and stable internet connection are required.
Completing or paying for an assessment does not guarantee admission. Selection depends on the assessment outcome and available seats.
Players who are not selected may apply for reassessment after three months.

2. Assessment Validity & Rescheduling

An Online Assessment booking is valid for 30 days from the payment date, unless the academy confirms a later date or extension.
One reschedule may be permitted with prior academy approval, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not automatic or guaranteed.
If a player fails to attend within the validity period without an approved revised date, the booking will lapse and the fee will be forfeited.
Where the academy causes a scheduling delay, the booking validity will be extended accordingly.

3. Academy Admission

Admission is confirmed only after selection, seat confirmation, payment of the applicable fees, and acceptance of the academy’s admission policies.
Players and parents must provide accurate identity, age, contact, and relevant health information.
Training schedules, fee commitments, attendance requirements, conduct rules, and residential conditions will be shared during admission.
An enquiry, assessment booking, or verbal discussion does not reserve an academy or hostel seat unless expressly confirmed by the academy.

4. Online Fast Bowling Training

Online fast bowling training is available to fast bowlers aged 11–23, in India and abroad.
Players can enrol directly. The academy admission assessment is not required for this programme.
The fee, duration, coaching support, and inclusions are those stated for the selected package at enrolment.
Our team will coordinate onboarding and WhatsApp access within 48 hours of successful enrollment.
Players are responsible for following instructions, submitting videos as requested, and training in a suitable environment with appropriate equipment.
Coaching progress depends on the player’s starting level, fitness, consistency, and application. No particular bowling speed, improvement timeline, team selection, or professional outcome is guaranteed.

5. Scholarship & Sponsorship Programme

The scholarship programme is open to eligible fast bowlers aged 11–23. The registration fee is ₹4,999.
Registration provides access to the scholarship evaluation process. It does not guarantee qualification or sponsorship.
Evaluation includes bowling speed of 125 KMPH or above, accuracy of at least 80%, the prescribed Bronco and 2K fitness standards, and Coach Ankit Pathak’s assessment.
Qualifying players may be placed on a waiting list. Sponsorship depends on available places, with a maximum of 25 active sponsored players.
Continued sponsorship is subject to reassessment every three months, satisfactory performance, attendance, and conduct.
Sponsorship covers the training and facilities specified in the sponsorship offer. Hostel accommodation and food are not included.
Unsuccessful applicants may register again after three months by paying the applicable registration fee.

6. Fees & Payments

Fees and package inclusions will be communicated before payment. Payments must be made through the academy’s official payment channels.
Assessment bookings, scholarship registrations, and training packages are personal and non-transferable.
All the payments are not refundable under any circumstances.
Academy and residential fees must be paid by the agreed due dates. Overdue payments may result in suspension of services in accordance with the admission agreement.

7. Conduct, Health & Safety

Players must follow coaching instructions, academy schedules, safety requirements, and conduct rules.
Misconduct, harassment, unsafe behaviour, or repeated breaches may result in suspension or discontinuation of participation, without any refund.
Cricket, fast bowling, fitness training, and matches involve physical risks. Players must disclose relevant injuries or medical conditions and seek medical clearance where appropriate.
Players should stop training and inform the coaching team if they experience pain, illness, or injury.
For on-site emergencies, the academy will arrange appropriate assistance and contact the parent, guardian, or emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Residential Facilities

Hostel accommodation is subject to availability, payment, and acceptance of separate residential rules.
Accommodation and food charges are separate unless expressly included in a confirmed package.
Residents must follow the academy’s supervision, hygiene, meal timings, visitor, and safety rules.

9. Training Content & Media Consent

Coaching materials, training plans, and academy-created videos are provided for the enrolled player’s personal use. They must not be resold, redistributed, or commercially reproduced without permission.
Performance footage submitted by players may be used internally for assessment, coaching, and progress review.
Pathak100MPH may capture and use trainee photos, videos, and match or training footage for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes on our website and social media.

10. Communication & Privacy

We use the contact details provided to communicate about bookings, payments, assessments, training, and admission through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Promotional communication is separate from essential service communication. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect current academy policies. The revised terms take effect once posted on this page.

The management’s decision on any policy, dispute, or situation is final and binding.

By completing a trial booking, online training payment, or enquiry through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of our website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
