Return & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments

Payments are non-refundable for player-initiated cancellation, withdrawal, absence, or non-participation. This includes:

₹1,199 Online Assessment fees
₹4,999 scholarship registration fees
Online Fast Bowling Training package fees
Academy admission, registration, and training fees
Hostel, accommodation, and food charges

Non-selection for academy admission, scholarship qualification, or placement on a sponsorship waiting list does not entitle an applicant to a refund.

Personal circumstances - including relocation, scheduling conflicts, injury, medical issues, or a change of plans - do not automatically create a refund entitlement.

2. Online Assessment Validity

An Online Assessment booking remains valid for 30 days from payment, unless the academy confirms a later date or extension.
If the player does not attend within this period and has no approved revised date, the booking will lapse and the fee will be forfeited.
A delay caused by the academy will not result in forfeiture of the player’s booking.

3. Rescheduling

One Online Assessment reschedule may be permitted with prior approval, subject to availability.
Requests must be made before the scheduled session. An unapproved absence does not automatically qualify for rescheduling.
Rescheduling other training sessions is governed by the selected programme’s terms.
An approved reschedule does not create a refund entitlement.

4. Transfers & Adjustments

Bookings and training packages cannot be transferred to another player. Fees cannot be adjusted against another programme or service unless the academy expressly confirms the adjustment in writing.

5. Online Training & Scholarship Registration

Online Training fees cover the complete package selected at enrolment. Missed sessions, delayed video submissions, or unused participation do not automatically qualify for a partial refund.
Scholarship registration fees cover evaluation, not a guaranteed sponsorship place.
Withdrawal from training, unsuccessful scholarship evaluation, or waiting-list status does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Payment Errors & Academy Cancellation

If you believe a payment was duplicated or incorrectly charged, contact us with the payment reference and supporting details. Verified excess or duplicate collections will be corrected.
If an amount is debited without a successful booking, our team will help verify the transaction with the payment provider.
If the academy cancels a paid service and cannot provide it, the unused service amount will be refunded unless you agree to an alternative.
Any refund due will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
